招聘職位IT Technical Support
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first line IT helpdesk support services to end users;
  • Handle general IT support and inquiries;
  • Troubleshoot the hardware and software in PCs, networking equipment;
  • Assist in setup and support POS system;
  • Assist users to solve IT problems;
  • Responsible for IT projects or ad hoc tasks as required by supervisors;
  • Business trip to PRC (main cities) if necessary.
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or related discipline;
  • One year of work experience in helpdesk support would be an advantage;
  • Fresh graduate with IT background is also welcome;
  • Self-motivated, excellent problem-solving skill, independent and able to meet tight schedule;

招聘職位Assistant Human Resources Manager 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all-rounded HR functions including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation & benefit and training, performance review, employee relations etc.
  • Establish a seamless recruitment process to ensure effective recruitment
  • Assist in formulating, review and implement policies and procedures which aligned with the organization goals.
  • Assist in C&B functions including monthly payroll, HR audit, p-fund contributions, tax filing, benefits enrollment and termination, and leave administrations.
  • Assist in annual salary review exercise and C&B projects including job grade and salary structure review, review and renew medical benefits and insurance plans, job evaluation, analysis etc.
  • Assist in HRIS set up, responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the system in accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist in HR projects and ad hoc assignments delegated by Department head from time to time. 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years』 solid, all-rounded HR & administration experience in sizable companies, preferably from FMCG or retail industry.
  • Strong in HRIS, recruitment, C&B practices, training and development.
  • Conversant with HK and PRC Employment Ordinance and other related regulatory practices.
  • Pro-active, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility & high level of integrity.
  • Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
  • Based in HK with occasional travel to PRC.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.

招聘職位 Executive Assistant (EA) 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full executive support to the Board of Directors, including business project assignments, relationship management, marketing, business analysis, business development, working/liaising with the senior Government officials etc.
  • Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations proactively and independently.
  • To ensure business units submission of business plans, schedule, reporting and business figures in accurate and timely manners.
  • Assist in developing and exploring new business, including working out research, financial report, marketing plan, sales forecast, implementation plan with time line etc.
  • Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Board of Directors professionally within a tight schedule, including daily clerical support, calendar management, internal and external correspondence, file keeping, translation, preparing meeting agenda, minutes, presentations as well as travel and visa management.
  • Handle and verify legal documents such as sales contracts, business contracts, leasing agreements, logistic documents, Non-Disclosure Agreements etc,
  • Attend meeting and business trips with Board of Directors if necessary.
  • Execute any ad hoc projects and duties assigned by Board of Directors.
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder in the relevant disciplines with formal secretarial training preferred, Major in Business Administration, Marketing, Law or Translation would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in serving the Senior Management of listed company, preferably in trading, manufacturing and FMCG industry.
  • Outgoing, analytical, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, initiative and flexible with good working attitude
  • High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
  • Frequent travel or station in PRC is required.
