Senior Systems Specialist / Systems Specialist

The Job:

• Design and implementation of various tiers of server farms/clusters, database and support for data migration
• Provide user manuals and technical documents for the systems
• Carry out system integration tests and user acceptance tests to ensure the stability in production stage
• Perform system checking and implementation of programs for performance tuning, troubleshooting and maintenance

The Person:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in one of the following specialties:
  • Internet infrastructure and applications administration and support, as well as IT security and system management and administration
  • Multi-tier system architectural design or implementation of IT infrastructures for e-services
  • TCP/IP system administration and support
  • System programming and administration
  • Design and implementation of IT infrastructure for e-service adopting Java architecture running under Windows Server environment
  • Enterprise grade Linux systems and Windows Server administration
• Analytical, self-initiative and responsible
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
• Holder of below certification is highly preferable:
  • CISSP or CISA or equivalent qualification,
  • RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer), Novell CLE (Novell Certified Linux Engineer), or equivalent qualification
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Systems Specialist

 

IT Operations and Maintenance Support

The Job:

• Coordinate and arrange operations work in each shift
• Ensure proper communications with other parties such as helpdesk, support teams and operators
• Shift work is required

The Person:

• With 2 years of experience in IT management or data center operations management
• Analytical, self-initiative and responsible
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Holding valid certification of ITIL Intermediate Level or above is highly preferable
• Shift duty is required
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered

 

SAP Consultant / Senior Consultant

The Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible to provide SAP consultancy services with the following scope of duties:

• Involve in project implementation, blueprint/requirements gathering, prepare documents and provide user training and support
• Assist in the study of business flow, gap analysis and support the system configuration
• Provide trouble-shooting and resolve SAP problems and issues from customers
• Report to Project Manager

The Person:

• Degree Holder in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, HR  or related disciplines
• 2 – 5 years experience in ERP implementation is preferred
• Knowledge in Business Processes such as Sales, Purchasing and Inventory
• Knowledge of ERP systems especially SAP is an advantage
• Good in SQL language
• Hands on experience on Crystal Report, Business Intelligence tools will be an advantage
• Innovative, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Strong communication and presentation skills

 

SAP ABAP / Basis Consultant

The Job:

SAP ABAP Consultant:

• The successful candidate will be a member of the consulting team and responsible to:
• Develop programs and enhancements in several SAP ERP modules based on design specification
• Provide technical support for business applications and interfaces
• Provide technical design documentation
• Perform unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing
• (SAP ABAP development on job training will be provided)

SAP Basis Consultant:

• The successful candidate will be responsible to provide technical support and administration for SAP Basis

The Person:

• Degree Holder or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
• 2 years experience in using SQL, .NET, Java or Web Technology
• Experience in Mobile programming such as iOS, Android or HTML5 is an advantage
• Experience in SAP ABAP / Basis  is an advantage
• Ability to work with cross functional teams for problem resolution
• Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Good communication and presentation skills
