Responsibilities:
- Office administration support and providing day-to-day support to the management on an ad-hoc and proactive basis
- Arrange the business trip for the management, including flight ticket \ hotel \ restaurant booking, schedule planning, visa application
- Arrange the meeting with different parties
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as needed
- Assist in the companies’ bank account opening
- Assist in data collection and management
- Maintaining proper company’s statutory books and record
- Liaise with other group members and external parties
- Handle ad-hoc assignments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above in Business Administration or relative disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Good command of English, Cantonese & Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized and willing to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work on holidays as required
