Job Title: COMMUNITY MANAGER
A fast-growing e-commerce solutions provider at the forefront of their industry. With their continued growth in Asia and expansion in the Greater China region, they are currently looking for a dynamic marketing professional to join their team in Hong Kong, and be a key contributor to the business.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key users of the company’s products and services
- Engage customers, focus on client satisfaction and growth through close communication between the company and its users
- Work closely with global teams and the marketing department to build brand presence and awareness through various multi-channel marketing methods
- Manage company-user and user-user relationships through the coordination of regular offline industry events, workshops and meetups
- Degree holder in marketing, communications or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of experience in community, client or account management
- Native Mandarin is a must; Excellent fluency in English
Appointment will be on renewable contract terms with a competitive salary and performance-linked variable pay. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical benefits, and contribution to MPF. The incumbent will work under a five-day week schedule.
